Return your order

How can return one (or more) items)?
You can get your item within 30 days of purchase return the following:

Step 1. Go to the form on the contact page. Fill in your details and give the reason for return and possibly an explanation in the message field.

Step 2. Once you have received approval from HOUSE-Dressing.nl about your return request repack the item with the delivery note and (a copy of) the invoice in a solid package. Paste the return label on the package and send it.

Stap 3. Once HOUSE-Dressing.nl received your return and has been processed, you will receive an e-mail. The email tells you when you receive a refund or replacement item.

If you want to return multiple items, repeat the return notification per article.
